Nintendo can be said to have just launched the Nintendo Switch as the next generation console, so it is only natural if Nintendo has prepared a variety of exclusive games that come with the best quality.
One of the exclusive games prepared is the presence of the latest Pokemon series, which is the most anticipated game. The latest Pokemon series announced by Nintendo is the Pokemon Sword & Shield which is a continuation of the 8th generation Pokemon.
A little different from the Pokemon Sun & Moon series, this latest Pokemon series brings back the classic Pokemon Gym features that are a favorite of many fans. The game itself will take place in a new region called Galar, which has a liner landscape structure and is rich in charming, atmospheric atmosphere.
It is rumored that England inspires this latest region with hills and typical views of the industrial city. This new map has been displayed in Pokemon Direct, which is perfectly arranged for RPGs in general, and of course is a form that matches the theme taken, namely Sword & Shield.
Later the player will begin his adventure from the area below the map which consists of small cities and will go further to the north and visit remote towns and regions. When compared to Alola island, which is the inspiration for the Pokemon Sun & Moon folder, Galar seems much better by offering more open and broad areas for players to explore in their spare time.
One of the things that makes this new region feel like being in England is because of the presence of the Big Ben clock tower and the Eye of London Ferris Wheel. Seen in the video trailer, the appearance of three Pokemon Starters is Grooky (Grass type), Scorbunny (Fire type) and Sobble (Water type). Just like the previous three series, these Pokemon will accompany players in the adventures of this latest series.
Not to forget, this latest series will introduce the newest generation of Pokemon, such as Wooloo, Gossifleur, Drednaw, Corvniknight and many more. Besides, the Pokemon Sword & Shield will present the latest system called Dynamax, where its function can make Pokemon bigger.
As is known in each of the previous Pokemon series, each of them has its Legendary Pokemon, for example in the first series there are Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres, the third series where there are Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, etc.
So in this latest series, Pokemon Sword & Sheild also has a legendary Pokemon named Zacian and Zamazenta. It is said that Zacian is a legendary Pokemon that uses swords and has attacks and movements that can attract the attention of his opponent.
Whereas Zamazenta is a legendary Pokemon that dominates enemies who dare to fight it with its graceful movements and full of majesty. These two legendary Pokemon look like a lion with a sword and shield that merges with his body.
When viewed in appearance, Pokemon Sword & Shield is similar to the last polish of the previous series that also came out exclusively on the Nintendo Switch, and Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee. Unfortunately, until now there is still no certainty from the developer regarding the release date of this series, only this latest series will be released in 2019.
