Everyone, in general, has a job; the profession of each person is certainly not the same. There are those who like to be business people and some who choose to become employees. The fate of each person is indeed different and has become outwardly human himself who is destined to differ in every way in every detail of life that makes life always exciting and full of stories in it.

When working, of course, not always smooth without problems, not infrequently every problem often occurs in work such as someone who does not like our success, boss angry about issues related to work. Not a few people who are not comfortable with their jobs and want to resign from work that is being carried out, because they are bored and also do not feel at home with the work that is being undertaken. Feelings do not feel at work can be experienced by anyone, even though just entering work can be bored with the work that is there.

Is it resigning from work to the right solution? Resignation often causes a sense of remorse later on. Some people usually do mutual work, then is it right if so? Of course, if the frequency is not proper to do because it makes us have a poor track record in the future because we often change jobs to be considered not loyalty. Indeed, working on something that is not by your passion or a little salary is very difficult to undergo, but resigning is not always the right way to solve existing problems.

Internal and external factors often make people want to change jobs, but it should not be too easy to change careers and try to survive with the existing work because through the work undertaken can get more experience that might be more valuable than just the material or salary earned.

When there is a resign, of course, you have to have consideration, do not just plan or follow the wishes that momentarily change jobs or are unemployed because it is difficult to get a job again. For this reason, do not want to change jobs because it makes you feel unclear in the direction of your career. If you don't feel comfortable, then try to survive in the work so that you can get a lot of knowledge or experience before resigning from a job because the experience is something valuable and can be a provision in the future.

Indeed, changing jobs is positive, such as gaining experience and many networks to a better salary, but think about if you want to change careers, especially if you often change jobs. In addition to not being able to get the maximum experience, we can also be labeled as having a bad track record in the world of work because we are not considered to be disloyal and have never felt a rise in positions and other advantages of staying in the company for years. Then think carefully every decision made so as not to cause a sense of regret later on. So is my writing this time, do you want to add or respond?
